1.Take a break and stand up from the desk
You should not spend all day at the desk. Get up and try to walk around every hour. Pour a glass of water and cup of coffee or tea, stretch your legs, and make a circle the building. These type short breaks throughout the day will allow you to be more focused and improve your concentration.
2. Find your rhythm
Although you may be learned that it is best first to perform the most difficult tasks first. However, there is an 80/20 rule. It means that we should focus on the execution of 20 percent of the most important tasks to, and 80 percent of the easy task last. At the end of the day, you feel productive and satisfied.
